BOSA SC was founded in 1998 by a small group of old scholars from the City of Prospect, entering a team in the SAASL Saturday Division 1 Competition as the BOSA SC Hounds. Among the founding members of the club were inaugural President Ralph Armiento, Dr Robert Sergi, who are both Life Members.

Located in Prospect at Charles Cane Reserve, BOSA FC has a strong focus on community integration. In recent years the club has had an influx of young players, all who have bonded well with the more experienced generation at the club.

Since its beginnings, BOSA FC has fielded a competitive team each year, with consistent top three finishes and over the years, the success of BOSA SC has been its ability to attract old scholars and players from our diverse local community, which has increased in numbers each year thanks to the close connection with the City of Prospect community.
